Full Root-level Access in VPS Servers
If you purchase a VPS servers from us, you'll have full root-level access in 3 cases - if the server comes with no hosting Control Panel at all, or if you select cPanel or DirectAdmin throughout the order process. In the first case, you can change each part of the system with a Secure Shell console, whereas in the second, you'll still be able to use SSH in order to connect and to make modifications, but you'll also have a graphical interface available to manage your world wide web content and almost all the system settings. The root access makes our virtual server packages a great choice if you want to run any kind of software which you are unable to install in a regular shared web hosting account. With the last Control Panel option - Hepsia, you'll be able to connect via SSH and to take care of the content on your server, however, the root access rights are more restricted.
Full Root-level Access in Dedicated Servers
You'll have full root-level access to your dedicated server whatever the package you choose during the registration process, as long as the server is ordered with cPanel or DirectAdmin, or with no web hosting Control Panel at all. In each of these three cases, you can modify any part of the software environment in any way you find fit, which makes our server plans perfect for resource-demanding apps with specific requirements which cannot be covered when you use a shared website hosting account. The difference between these options is the fact that with cPanel or DirectAdmin, you'll have a web-based graphical interface to control numerous server-side options and also any web content which you create or upload, while if you order the server with no Control Panel, you will have to do everything through a Secure Shell console or to install a Control Panel of your own liking, if it is compatible with the Operating System that you've selected during the sign up process. With the final Control Panel option which you can select on our order page - Hepsia, the root access will be limited.
