Spam Filters in Shared Hosting
If you get a shared hosting plan from us and if you use our mail services, you will be able to enable spam filters for any of the mailboxes that you set up from the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel. With no more than several clicks of the mouse, you can choose between five different levels of security. If you start receiving spam, you can begin with the lowest level and then slowly boost the level until you stop getting spam. We rely on one of the very best and most popular email filters available called SpamAssassin. It checks the header field and the body of every email that you receive and determines a spam score, based on which it either erases a given email message or allows it to reach your mailbox. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel will also permit you to configure custom email filters and either eliminate undesired messages or forward them to a 3rd-party email address such as firstname.lastname@example.org where you can read them once again at a later point in time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you order a semi-dedicated server package from our company and if you set up one or more email addresses with any of the domain names hosted in your account, you will be able to activate the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin filter that we provide and keep all unwanted emails out of your inbox. This service is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it can be enabled or disabled for any email account whenever you wish. You can also adjust the level of protection with several clicks in case unsolicited bulk emails still reach your mailbox or the anti-spam filter begins removing authentic email messages. As you can choose if the spam should be erased momentarily or re-sent to some other mailbox, you can create email@example.com, for instance, and check all filtered email messages there, so as to ensure that you will not miss an email message that you need. The messages that the spam filter permits to proceed will still be delivered to your inbox.
